Football is a rules-based socio-cultural activity. To succeed, its role-players are required to scrupulously adhere to the rules at all times.

Our aim is therefore to promote good governance through compliance with the rules informed by an ethical code, which is grounded in a moral framework.

Our collection of resources provides guidance on how to navigate the dispute resolution system, promotes good governance and administration of a football association, and encourages principled leadership and a higher standard of accountability, transparency, and ethical governance.
